Lead Preschool Teacher (3-year-olds)
Job Description Summary: The job of Lead Preschool Teacher (3-year-olds) is to provide guidance to the VPK teachers, oversee related learning activities, supervise and teach preschool students developmentally appropriate practices based on the Florida Standards for three-year-olds, ensure compliance with program requirements, and coordinate communications with parents.

- CDA
- Or FCCPC
- Or AS Degree in Early Childhood Education or higher
- Or AA Degree with at least 6 credit hours of early childhood education

Preschool Teacher (3-year-olds)
Job Description Summary: The job of the Preschool Teacher (K3) is to assist the Lead Preschool Teacher (K3) by overseeing related learning activities, supervising and teaching preschool students developmental appropriate practices based on the Florida Early Learning and Developmental Standards, ensuring compliance with program requirements, and coordinating communications with parents.

Program Staff (Kindergarten - 8th grade)
Job Description Summary: The individual in this position will assist in general classroom management, supervision, assist with homework, and implement activities for the school age children at Youth Village. Applicant should be available to work Monday-Friday for the 1:00 – 6:00 pm shift Salary is based upon credentials and experience.

Floater/Substitute Teacher
Job Description Summary: The individual in this position will assist in general classroom management, assist with homework, deliver snacks to classrooms, assist program staff and preschool teachers. This person will also be added to the substitute list where they will be called in to sub for a program staff or preschool teacher.
Position Type: Full-time or Part-time

Job Description Summary: The Youth Village Administrative Assistant is for committed individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of young children and their families, while effectively and efficiently running all office operations.

- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in early childhood education preferred
- Must be a team builder, organized and possess excellent customer service/communication skills.

- Ability to juggle multiple duties
- Detail oriented with the ability to plan and organize
- Ability to resolve conflicts
- Must be a self-starter
- Computer proficient including Word, Excel, Procare and ability to learn other programs quickly
- Must pass a level 2 screening
